PATRICK POIRIER, Founder & Owner

Originally from Quebec, Canada, I arrived in Las Terrenas 11 years ago with just $300 in my pocket — and a vision to build a life driven by adventure.

Before moving to the Dominican Republic, I spent over 8 years in Canada deeply involved in off-road Jeep adventures. This experience built my foundation in group leadership, trip organization, navigation, and mechanical skills — all of which shape the way Caribbean Enduro operates today.

What began as riding trails with friends quickly became a true passion. Over the years, I’ve explored hundreds of kilometers across the Dominican Republic — from hidden jungle paths and remote mountain ridges to untouched beaches few have ever seen.

Riding solo, joining local events, and competing since 2021 allowed me to build strong connections within the Dominican enduro community. As a Canadian rider deeply immersed in the local scene, I’ve developed a unique approach — combining international standards with authentic, off-the-grid local knowledge.

In 2022, I founded Caribbean Enduro with a clear mission:
to offer more than just a ride — a true, immersive experience.

Today, we create premium, small-group enduro adventures designed for riders who seek more than the ordinary. Every tour is carefully crafted to push your limits, deliver world-class riding, and take you far beyond the typical tourist paths.

This is not just a tour.

ELODIE BERGERON, Mini boss

Originally from Quebec, Canada, Élodie joined Caribbean Enduro in 2025.
She discovered enduro riding just over a year ago and quickly embraced the lifestyle that comes with it: nature, freedom, and pushing your limits. 

With a natural sense of organization and responsibility, she takes care of the behind-the-scenes work that makes every tour run smoothly.

Often jokingly referred to as the one who handles the “less fun” side of the business, Élodie plays a key role in supporting Patrick and maintaining the high standards of Caribbean Enduro.
