Booking and payments conditions
Reservation Deposit
To confirm your booking, a 35% deposit of the total tour price is required at the time of reservation. Your booking will only be secured once the deposit has been received.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours before the tour begins.
If meeting prior to the tour is not possible, cash payment on the day of the ride can be accepted.
Payment Responsibility
All payments must be made in full, without deductions for transfer, bank, or processing fees.
We are not responsible for any fees charged by financial institutions. Including but not limited to:
PayPal: International transactions may incur up to 5.6% in combined service and currency conversion fees.
Wise: Typically low fees (around 0.5% to 1%), though rates can vary depending on currency exchange and sending country.
International wire transfers (SWIFT): Fees may apply on both the sender’s and receiver’s side, usually $10–$50 each way depending on the banks involved.
Please ensure that all fees are fully covered, so we receive the exact total amount as invoiced. For lower transfer costs, we highly recommend using Wise when available.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations 30+ Days Before Arrival
If you cancel 30 days or more before your expected arrival, you will receive a refund minus the accommodation reservation fee and a $100 charge. The $100 charge can be applied toward a new booking within 90 days.
Cancellations 12–30 Days Before Arrival
If you cancel 12–30 days before your expected arrival, you will receive a refund minus the accommodation reservation fee and a $250 charge. This $250 can be applied toward a new booking within 60 days.
Cancellations Less Than 12 Days Before Arrival
If you cancel less than 12 days before your expected arrival, no refund will be provided. However, the amount paid (minus the accommodation fee and a $350 charge) can be applied toward a new booking within 30 days.
Modification of Your Schedule
Any requests to modify your booking (change of dates, itinerary adjustments, etc.) should be made as soon as possible. If a modification is not possible, the standard cancellation and refund policy will apply based on the date of the request.
If your modification is approved, your booking will be updated accordingly. No additional refund will be provided unless extra costs apply.
Important: We are not responsible for refund transfer fees charged by banks or payment services.
Special Circumstances for Refunds
“If the cancellation is due to the following extreme circumstances, we may consider a refund:
Extreme weather events (not for regular rain, etc.)
Decisions made by Caribbean Enduro
In these cases, a full refund may be issued.”
Injury During Multi-Day Enduro Activities
For bookings including multi-day enduro rides, if you suffer an injury before completing the entire period, no refund will be issued except for unused full days.
Unused moto days can be applied toward a 50% discount on your next visit.
Protection Deposit
Any damage (broken or bent parts, excluding scratches) will be charged at the end of the trip. A $500 deposit is required before riding. It will be reimbursed in full if no damage occurs. Scratches are not charged.
Terms & Conditions Agreement
By paying a reservation deposit or using Caribbean Enduro’s services, vehicles, and equipment, you automatically agree to all terms and conditions, whether or not a document is signed. Failure to acknowledge or read the terms will not exempt you from them.
Question: what insurance is required?
Answer : the motorcycles are insured but you are totaly responsable. Please refer to the disclaimer.
Answer : each client is required to have their own insurance. These are typically covered by credit card. You must give proof of identity and medical insurance coverage before taking a tour. This is for your safety in case of an accident to be sure to receive immediate medical attention. Make sure that your insurance is covering that kind of activity.
Question: can I wash my gear?

Question: are there problems with doing this sport in the Dominican Republic?
Answer: the political security and culture are very tolerant of mechanical sports. In dDR the practice of all-terrain sport is very common including 4x4, aATV and motorcycles among others. In over 5 years of practice in DR, we have never had a negative experience with local people or police.
Question: what is your environmental policy?
Answer: respect the environment, habitable area, children, the animals, the dust, the farmers who work very hard in the heat and the sun and leave the passage as it was by closing all doors / gates behind us.
