One island, five kinds of terrain

Most riding destinations give you one kind of trail. The Dominican Republic gives you all of them, sometimes in the same day. On our routes you ride white-sand trails, green valleys, river crossings, tropical plantations, mountain trails, remote countryside, endless rice fields and more than 10 km of beach.

Where we ride

  • Las Terrenas and the Samaná Peninsula: our home base. Jungle single track, steep red-dirt climbs and ridge trails above Samaná Bay. This is where the 2-day and 3-day tours run.
  • Punta Cana to Las Terrenas: the 4-day cross-country, about 455 km across the wild east of the island, through Miches, the countryside around Los Haitises and the rice fields on the way to the coast.
  • El Frontón, Rincón and Las Galeras: the far end of the peninsula, with ocean views and dark rock formations.

The freedom to ride almost everywhere

One of the biggest differences with other destinations is how open the country is to riders. All-terrain riding, from 4x4s and ATVs to motorcycles, is very common, and people are welcoming. In more than five years of riding here we have never had a bad experience with locals or the police.

We respect the places we cross: we ride at the group's pace, leave the trail as we found it and close every gate behind us.

Season and weather

Hurricane season usually runs from early June to late November. We adapt the routes every day to the conditions, so ask us about the dates you have in mind.

Who it is for

Our tours are built for intermediate to expert riders on Sherco bikes. Enduro Style suits about 95% of riders. Hard Enduro is for the 5% who want technical climbs and deep jungle. Not sure where you sit? Read the driving level guide.
